With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Joyce Smith of Marshall, Texas, born in Avinger, Texas, who passed away on July 10, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Eva Mae Cook; her sisters, Maydene Crosby and Mari Ann Cook; her son-in-law Gerald "Jerry" Mullins; her husband Jim Smith; her children, Eva Chastene Mullins, Kevin L. Frazier (Connie), David A. Frazier (Rebecca) and Lesley R. Smith (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Katherine Colvin (Jackie), Ann Majors, Kevin L. Frazier, II (Crystal), Kyle R. Frazier (Anna), Amanda L. Frazier and Ashley L. Frazier (Josh); her niece Priscilla Kirby; and her nephew Charles Crosby. She was also cherished by several great grandchildren, cousins, and numerous friends.
