With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Olney James Holt Jr. of Marshall, Texas, who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olney James Holt, Sr. and Ruby Lee Thompson Holt; his daughter Jacqueline "Jackie" Holt; and his brothers, Alan Lee Holt and Norman Gene Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Diane K. Holt; his daughter Jennifer Holt Ford (Scotty); his brother Tim Holt (Eva); his grandchildren, Megan Holt (Guy), Will James Foster, Caylin Fisher (Kody), Erin Garcia (Willy) and Ashley Bond (Craig); and his great grandchildren, Stella Rose Vicars, Kruz Fisher, Kreed Fisher, Briana Garcia, Gabby Garcia, Olivia Bond and Victoria Bond. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Crossroads United Methodist Church and to the Disabled Veteran's Association.
