She was predeceased by: her parents, A. H. Carlton and Nina Carlton (Pope); her son-in-law Robert "Buster" Faris; her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Carlton and Barry Carlton; and her nephews, Richie Price, Jr. and Jesse Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Christy Ponder Faris; her granddaughter Addison Faris; her sisters, Angie Price (Richie), Anita Jones (Keith) and Karen Bounds (Galen); and her pet Ezra. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; many close friends and beloved co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Nancy's memory to the Humane Society of Harrison County, 1901 Jefferson Avenue, Marshall, TX 75672.
