It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred L. Billingsley (Marshall, Texas), born in Woodlawn, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Milton F. Murphy; and her brothers, Robert Russell and Roscoe David Russell. She is survived by: her sons, David F. Murphy and Charles Wayne Murphy; and her brothers, Ernest "Bo" Russell (Mildred) and Jessie W. Russell (Lois). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
