He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ned Rowe and Rita Mary Mahoney; his sister Sherry Ann Rowe; and his grandchildren, Lizel Rowe and Andrew Dalrymple.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Sherry Ann Hussey (Danny) and Donna Dalrymple (Jonathon); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Karkoska (Austin), Michael Carney, Seth Dalrymple, Annelise Dalrymple, Elijah Dalrymple and Joshua Dalrymple; his great grandchildren, Annabelle Karkoska and Evalyn Karkoska; and his sisters, LInda Marsh (Ronnie) and Debbie Rowe. He is also survived by four nephews and other family and friends.
