He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frazier and Dorothy Frazier; and his sister Verna Frazier Simmons. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Frazier III (Velesa) of Marshall, Christopher D. Frazier, Sr. (Elaine) of Marshall, Emrie Green of Cerritos, Deola Carter of Marshall, Annie Roberson of Dallas, Texas and Dorothy Frazier of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
