He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Carol Elliott and Eulene Blanche Cable Elliott; his mother-in-law Lucille "Ninny" Smith Carter (Fred); his sisters, Carol Elliott Campbell (Lewis) and Yolanda "Landy" Elliott Robbins (Blaine); and his sister-in-law Linda Jo Carter Woodley (Larry).
He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his children, Michael "Danny" Elliott, Jr. (Stephanie), Amanda Hukill (Jason) and Amy Bumgarner (Joe); his grandchildren, Dalton Durham, Lauren Hukill, Jacob Hukill and Chloe Bumgarner; and his siblings-in-law, Don Carter (Betty Nash), David Carter (Cathy), Jerry Carter (Jan) and Cathy Carter (Wiliam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
