Ruffin (Sandra) of Tyler, Texas; her stepsons, Rashia Walton and Shawn Cooks; her grandchildren, Avery N. Ruffin of Tyler and Demarcus Thompson of Tyler, Texas; her great grandchild Dillon Thompson; her siblings, Lois Spencer of Hurst, Joyce Bennett of Beaumont, Doris Davidson of Karnack, Texas, Charles Spencer of Karnack, Larry Spencer of Karnack and Terry Spencer of Beaumont, Texas; her goddaughters, Christa Love Sharp, Jamie Donson, Francell Gilliam and Mareen Esters Booker; and her niece Brianna Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
