She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Permenter and Marietta Permenter (Haight); and her sister Lillie Carrington. She is survived by: her husband Glenn R. Chappell; her daughters, Carla Chappell (Angie Chappell) and Margaret Chappell; her grandchildren, Alexandria Ogden (Justin) and Samuel Fielder; her great grandchild Lilly Ann Ogden; her siblings, Jerraldeen Parsons and James Permenter; and her daughter Virginia Betancourt. She is also survived by numerous other family members, friends.
