She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bertha Dumas and William Oscar Dumas; her husband Buford Osteen; her daughters, Pam Hutcheson (Don) and Carla Neal (Johnny); her grandchildren, Robin Palmer, Ryan Hutcheson, Sara Monzingo (Brian), Alex Neal and Daniel Neal; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Radney (Patrick) and Josh Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Aniston, Lachlan Radney and Allexa Jaimes.
She was so very brave in the face of her Alzheimer's diagnosis more than 12 years ago. In honor of Kathleen's memory, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or your favorite charity.
