She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ford; her children, Jerry Lynn Bates and Scott Ford (Kelli); her grandchildren, Canon Bates, Jacob Bates and Will Ford; and her great grandchild Ryker Bates. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
