We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2024, at the age of 73, Linda Sue Cothron of Marshall, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Cothran; her parents, Jim Ellis and Betty Ellis; her brother Ed Ellis; and her son Charlie Simmons.

She is survived by: her brother John Ellis (Kristin Ellis) of Springtown; and her granddaughter Liberty of Logansport, LA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
