He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Skinner; his children, Michael Joiner, Sabrina Skinner Buckley, Kris Skinner Turner and Rhett Skinner; his brothers, Johnny Skinner and Tim Skinner; and his grandchildren, Josh Joiner, Jacob Joiner, Dillon Geary, Ashton Turner, Emma Turner, Mylee Turner, Brooke Skinner, Gavin Skinner, Emily Turner, Cody Skinner, Courtney Willis, Jasmine Welch and Aden Skinner. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
