She is survived by: her children, David Spruiell (Marsha), Carl Spruiell (Sharon), Carol McAllister, William Dale Spruiell, Frances Craver and Jimmy Schronk; and her sister Maurine Hopkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
