She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Elliott and Flossie Elliott of Hagansport, Texas.; her husband Jack Fowler; and her siblings, Lloyd Elliott and Ruth Elliott Ottinger (Jack Fowler).
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Lloyd Fowler and Cindy Fowler Larkin; her grandchildren, Joshua Larkin, Jeremiah Larkin, Timothy Larkin II, Laura Fowler, Mary Larkin Melvin, Michael Fowler and Jonathan Larkin; and her great grandchildren, Cora Larkin, Lucy Larkin, Olivia Zimmerman, Sydney Zimmerman, Odin Melvin, Alyssa Fowler, Morgan Larkin, Vera Melvin and Haddon Fowler.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cammack Family Sullivan Funeral Home (100 E Travis St, Marshall, TX 75670). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (106 E Fannin St, Marshall, TX 75670). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Colonial Gardens Cemetery.
