She was predeceased by: her parents, George Allen and Rosie Edwards Allen; her husband Mack Arthur Biggers; and her siblings, Clifton Allen, Sr., Whitaker Allen, Sr., Simmie Allen, Emory Allen, Clint Allen, James Allen, Georgia Allen Walker, Helen Marie Allen Jackson and Bernice Allen Dunn.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Tyrone Biggers (Lavedia); her grandchildren, Dominique Biggers (Iranecia) and Ramona Biggers; her stepgrandchildren, Breanna Toombs, Markiah Johnson, Darius Johnson and Lexington Park, MD; and her daughters, Gail Morrow, Vickie Turner Grayson and Gerean Shrubb. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; six step-great-grand children, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
