We bid farewell to John Luther McConnell of Marshall, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the age of 90. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. McConnell and Beatrice Hogue McConnell; his siblings, Betty Davidson and Frankie McConnell I.; his aunt Grace McConnell Taylor; and his stepdaughter Kimberly Hill.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Cherryle McConnell, Jon Ostrowski, Craig Ostrowski, Mark Ostrowski and Chris Ostrowski; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Jones, Michael Davidson, Frankie McConnell II, Amie Grubbs and Eric McConnell; and his friends, Freddie Waits and Bob Davis.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Chapel.
