He is survived by: his wife Johnetta Cisco; his son Joe William Cisco, Jr. (Brittney); his brother Alvis Cisco; and his siblings-in-law, Monica Nabors, Patricia Williams and Thomas Blevins. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
