He is survived by: his children, Daryl Butler (Pat), Debbie Mayberry (Randy) and Terry Spraberry (Lisa); his grandchildren, Christy Murphy (Mark), David Bannister (Jenny), Brittany Booth and Erin Butler; his great grandchildren, Karlie Rowley, Nathan Rowley, McKenzie Murphy, Madison Murphy, Kameron White (Colton), Landon Spencer and Ace Reed; and his great great grandchild Dalton White.
