He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene; and his daughter-in-law Christy. He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Cindy and Sam; his grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan, Molly and Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Graham Kelly, Vivian Kelly and Carlie Fulbright. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a sister-in-law.
