He is survived by: his daughter Christy Bouzek (Matt); his granddaughters, Emily Britt and Kloee Bouzek; his sister Carolyn Neely; his nephews, Wes Armstrong, Jason Armstrong, David Armstrong, Tim Harris and Kipper Glaze; his niece Tina Glaze; and also Carman Armstrong.
