He was predeceased by: his parents, Le Roy and Alice Estelle Yates (Ellison); and his wife Connie. He is survived by: his children, Randy Yates, Johanna Schneider of Oklahoma City, OK, Gary Yates (Dana) of Rose Hill, KS, Darren Yates (Kimberly) of Collinsville, OK and Tara Yeager (Mike) of Cypress, TX; his grandson Joshua Yates of Derby, KS; and his children, Dustin Yates of Hutchinson, KS, Jessica Yates of Stillwater, OK, Ethan Ritter, Jonah Yates, Camden Yates of Collinsville, OK, Danielle Hooker of Oklahoma City, OK, Haley Camejo, Kylee Camacho, Alexandra Yeager, Samantha Yeager, John Yeager and Bobby Yeager of Cypress, TX. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
