He is survived by: his wife Kim Duty of Clarksville, Tennessee; his son Jeffery Lee Duty (Jessica) of Williamsburg, Virginia; his mother Verneva Parrish Duty of Fort Worth, Texas; his siblings, Reginald L. Duty (Sharon) of Arlington, Texas, Dwuna Duty-Richards of Cleburne and Stephanie Broussard (Ronney) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his grandson Jasai Lincoln Duty of Williamsburg, Virginia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
