Irene Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Carter of Marshall, Texas, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Jo Whaley (Jim Whaley); her parents, Pearl Anderson and Olaf Anderson; her husband Jim Carter of Fort Worth; her daughter Kathleen Jo Carter; her parents-in-law, Frank and Almarine Carter; her son-in-law Charles Debney; and her siblings, Steve (Jane Zaklan), Mary (Floyd Dominick), Art (Ginger Zaklan), Bob (Shirley Zaklan) and Chuck (Velma Anderson).
She is survived by: her children, Frances, Marjorie, Fran Pitts (Tim) of Giddings, David Carter (Tammy) of Rockdale, Margie Debney Kaemmerling (Russ) of Bryan and Jimmy Carter (Vicki) of Rockdale; her grandchildren, Dana Kipp (Paul) of Ledbetter, Steve Pitts (Christi) of Giddings, Karl Debney (Beth) of Odessa, Charles "Chuck" Debney (Kacy) of San Antonio, Jaime Wuebker (Brian) of Chilton, Joe Carter (Kristi) of Milano, Ashley Carter and Dylan Carter of Los Angeles, California; her great grandchildren, Hannah Ullrich (Hunter) of Giddings, Grayson Kipp of Ledbetter, Bayley, Daylin Pitts of Giddings, Caylee of Odessa, Raelyn of Odessa, Bryson of Odessa, Dastyn Debney of Odessa, Cade, Ace, Sky Debney of San Antonio, Nick of Chilton, Nate Wuebker of Chilton, Reese of Milano and Lainey Jo Carter of Milano; her great great grandchild Addison Ullrich of Giddings; and her sisters, Midge Mink of Ontario and Charlotte Hilner of Canyonville. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
