He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert David Mobley, Sr. and Mamie Mobley (Jones); and his sisters, Flossie Mobley Moore, Vivian Mobley Findley and Oleta Mobley Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Keith West (Stephanie), Eric Mobley (Corrina) and Carrie Elder (Brad); his grandchildren, Remington Henderson, Clorissa Mobley, Tiera Mobley, Alyssia Mobley, Connor Mobley, Leslie West Ayers and Kelsey West; his sisters, Reba Mobley Gibson and Nell Mobley Cooper; and his close friend Jeanie Maranto. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
