Howard Simmons Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 91, Howard Simmons of Marshall, Texas, born in Drumright, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Hendricks and Roland Simmons; his wife Fleta Marie Simmons; his siblings, LeRoy Simmons (Mary) and Joanne Riggs (Carl); and his son Jimmie Segers.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Nolan (Charles), Betty Mayfield (Roger), Judy LaVerne Lee (Billy), John Howard Simmons (Susie), Doni Simmons (Marianne), Tony Simmons (Tasha) and Todd Simmons (Kelli). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that any donations in honor of Mr. Simmons are made to American Heart Association.
