He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Brownlee and Albert Brownlee. He is survived by: his wife Cecile M. Brownlee; his children, James Cullum Brownlee (Wendy) and Kim Wright Ponder; his grandchildren, Cullum and Kamryn Brownlee; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Etheridge, Pat Gibson and Gene Ponder. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that contributions in Harry's memory be made to the Associated General Contractors (AGC), the INS Group, or as a tribute to his commitment to the University, the UNT Board Member initiatives.
