With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Thomas McKinney of Marshall, Texas, born in Corsicana, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wade McKinney and Shirley Faye Jock McKinney; and his brother Howard McKinney. He is survived by: his spouse Terrisa McKinney; his children, Lindsey Mills, Katelyn Bowers, Justin Mills and Jason Mills; his grandchildren, Jackson Mills, Morgan Matthews and Hadley Bowers; his brothers, John Wilford McKinney and Jimmy McKinney; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly Haney (Mike) and Boyce Eldridge (Patty).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home (1131 TX-149, Carthage, TX 75633).
