He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Boyd and Pearline Boyd-Irving; his children, Frankie D. Boyd and Corita Michelle Johnson; his brother Johnnie Roy Irving; and his niece Misty Rochelle Boyd.
He is survived by: his children, Shandon C. Boyd (Kimberly) and Frankazia Boyd of Marshall; his brother Bill Anthony Boyd of Lancaster; his niece Shawand Hicks of Brandon, Mississippi; his aunts, Dorothy Spears and Tammie Boyd; and his godson Raymond. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren, a host of cousins, extended relatives and friends.
