We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2020, at the age of 88, Eulah Mae McNeice (Marshall, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thomas and Olivia Thomas; and her children, Tonita, Tyrone, Victoria, Dennis, Regina Ford (Paul) of Fremont, CA, Lowell Pumphrey (Helen) of Camarillo, CA and Denise Drew (Carl) of Marshall, TX.

She is survived by: her former husband Lowell S. Pumphrey Sr.; her husband Melvin McNeice; her sisters, Monti Scott (Greg) and Deborah Armando; and her cousin Mary Parhms. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
