He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Sterling Carter; his wife Tamika Taylor Carter of Longview, Texas; his stepdaughters, Latifa, Shamika and TaTyana; his stepgrandchildren, Khole, Amira, Troymichael, III, Amaya and Ja'Kayden; his siblings, Delvine Carter (Natasha), Damon Carter (Kimisha) and Keiya Carter; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Taylor, Myrtle Jackson, Cheryl Stancill, Cashawna Taylor and LaQuna Rusk; and his aunts and uncles, Nolan Carter of Marshall, Troy Carter of Longview, Texas, Patsy Sneed (Joe) of Grand Prairie, Jeanie Mae Shiner, Josephine Yancy and Bessie Teague of Marshall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
