She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd "Roxy" Powers; her parents, Lilly Belk and Lemuel Belk; her brother John Belk; and her son-in-law Jason Searcy.
She is survived by: her children, Willie Nelson, Rebecca Searcy and Regina Helm; her son-in-law Mark Helm; her grandchildren, Joshua Searcy (Meredith), Callan Clark Searcy (Pat Reidy), David Helm and Ryan Helm; and her great grandchildren, Josiah Luke and Jonathan Levi Searcy. She is also survived by four grand-children and two great-grandsons.
