He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Howard Sr. (Liska McCarver Howard). He is survived by: his wife Floydia Howard; his children, Katherine Knighton (George), Elmer Howard III and April Everitt (George); and his siblings, Jerry Howard, Marie Woodrow, Oretha Bailey (Frank) and Kaye Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
