We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 95, Ellen Huckaby Bankston of Marshall, Texas, born in Waco, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Huckaby and Richard Huckaby; her husband John William Bankston; her aunt Ollie Shumate; her sisters, Patsy Huckaby Shotts and Marcie Huckaby Johnson; and her nephew Ricky Shotts.
She is survived by: her son Tom Bankston (Debra Bankston); her granddaughter Emily Bankston; and her nieces, Sharon Shotts Allen and Cathy Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church, Nacogdoches, Texas, or a charity of their choice.
