It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth (Libby) Matthews of Marshall, Texas, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In keeping with the CDC recommendations, social distancing and masks will be required.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Libby's name to First United Methodist Church or Heartsway Hospice.
