She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lee and Mariah Brown Fields; her husband Earnest G. "Peepsy" Warren; her daughters, Myrtle Ruth Jewel and Joyce Marie Hicks; and her siblings, Inez Jernigan, Earline Johnson, Myrtle Porterfield, Olean Elsey, Zaddie Adams, Dolores Randall, William Thomas Fields and Norman Benson Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Venson J. Warren and Beverly L. Williams; her brother Charles E. Fields (Mattie); and her sisters-in-law, Jean Fields and Lucille "Doll" Fields. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
