It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Reeves of Marshall, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Marion Reeves and Lorraine Ballweg Reeves; his wife Johnnie Lynn; his daughter Wendolyn Reeves Boen; and his brother-in-law Bill Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Butch Reeves, Tiffany Tamplin (John) and Crystal Stephens (Michael); his siblings, Charles Reeves (Mary Lou) and Mary Cooper; and his grandchildren, Amber Beshers, Whitney Burrow, Jeremy Boen, Christian Davis, Jordan Stephens, Kyndal Stephens, Peyton LaGrone, Trystan Stephens, Sadie LaGrone, Gunnar Tamplin and Sebastian Stephens. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the general fund at Friendship Baptist Church.
