He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Huffman of Marshall; his children, Beth Nichols Tarpley (Dennis) of Mesquite and Donald Wayne Nichols (Cindi); his grandchildren, Adam Kyle Tarpley (Carolyn) of Rockwall and Lauren Elizabeth Tarpley of Dallas; his great grandchildren, Audrey Kathryn Tarpley and Caleb Clifton Tarpley of Rockwall; his pet Kip of Dallas; his brother Lamar Nichols of Pinehurst, TX.; and his caregivers, Lauren, Brenda Green, Melissa Woodkins and Tamara Floyd.
