He is survived by: his wife Paula Ransom of Marshall; his children, Stephanie Richard of Longview, Jeff Ransom (Teresa) of Kilgore and Greg Ransom (Leigh) of Gary; his stepchildren, Cecil "Buster" Hayes of Bossier City, Shelly Wilkinson of Tucson, AZ and Sir James Wilkinson of Abilene; his sister-in-law Sherry Ransom of Henderson; his grandchildren, Robert Richard (Rachel), Braxton Richard (Stormi), Hannah Ransom, Halle Ransom, Colby Cranford (Justin), Tanner Ransom, Ty Ransom, Tate Ransom, Junior Hayes and Dustin Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Roman, Rhett, Sailor, Wrenlee and Rhys.
