It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delacy Buddy Andrews of Marshall, Texas, born in Carthage, Texas, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brady Andrews and Frances Clee Harrell Andrews; and his siblings, James Andrews and Dorothy Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, DeLacy Andrews, Jr. (Deborah), Lori Mosher (Marty), Brady Andrews (Becky) and Dana Andrews (Debbie); his grandchildren, Josh Andrews (Megan), Christine Parker (Ben), Brett Mosher, Scott Mosher, Lindsey Scott, Kenzie Dane (Brendon), Jesse Andrews, Blaire Oden (J. R.), Kate Andrews and Nick Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Garrett Parker, Warren Parker, Brianna Parker, Isaac Parker, Hudson Dane, Sophia Dane, Olivia Oden, John Bennett Oden and Thomas Oden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in his honor to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 4700 Victory Dr. Marshall, Texas 75672.
