She is survived by: her husband Jason Ricker Smith; her pet Roxy; her son Chad; her daughter-in-law Gwen Smith of Bella Vista, Arkansas; her son Keith; her daughter-in-law April Smith of Mt. Ida, Arkansas; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Kimber Smith of Henderson, Texas; her grandchildren, Ashton, Dustin, Daniel, Kristin, Morgan, Jacob, Gala and Kinley; her great grandchildren, Ariel, Makynlee, Dakota and Rilynn; her mother Vada Fuquay (Bob Fuquay); her brother Steve; her sister-in-law Denise Williamson; and her aunt Lenice Massey. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
