He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Ray and Joyce Williams Martin; his son John Jacob Martin; his wife Kathy Martin; his children, Shannon Martin Moncrief (Brad), Shelly Martin Cannon (Chad), Daniel Heath Martin and Brooke Martin Simmons; his grandchildren, Madilyn, Maddox, Myla Kate Moncrief, Skylar, Sullivan, Chaney Cannon and Paxton Simmons; his brothers, Tim Nutt (Kim) and Kevin Nutt (Corinne); and his sister-in-law Marie Chadwick Smith. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
