He is survived by: his parents, Jack Neely and Darlene Neely of Marshall; his sister Candi Neely Oney of Longview; his brothers-in-law, Trey Oney of Longview and Kevin Ferrer of Rowlett; his nieces, Skylar Sowell (Cody) of Bivins, Bethany and Miranda Ferrer of Rowlett; his grandparents, Elsie Alldredge of Marshall, Barbara Rowell of Conroe and Don Weber of Roanoke; and his aunts and uncles, Margaret, Hugh Dodson of Haughton, Cheryl Lynn Wellborn, Debbie and Glester Burkhart of Kempner.
