It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Eugene Payne of Marshall, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Kendrick Payne and Regina Pawlak Payne; his wife Jeanne Payne of Marshall; his children, Curtis Lee Allee (Joana Marie) of Marshall and Rebecca Jean Allee; and his brother Roy David Payne (Mary Kay) of Maypearl, TX. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family members and friends.
