He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harold Sallee and Jean Marie Sallee (Evans); and his brother Danny Sallee. He is survived by: his children, William Harold Sallee (Stephenie), Josey Nell Gober (Thomas) and John Earl Sallee (Taryn); his grandchildren, Brandi, Alicia, Taylor, Summer, Allen, Brayden, Tyleigh and Jace; and his sister Beverly Sallee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
