He is survived by: his wife Joy Spruiell of Marshall; and his children, Lisa Ivy of Rusk, TX, Michael Madewell of Marshall, Eddie Davis (Traci) of Marshall and Timothy Madewell (Ashley Nicole) of Marshall. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great granddaughter as well as a number of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
