He is survived by: his parents, Brody Rutherford and Tina Quaid; his son Dawson Rutherford; his brothers, Garrett Rutherford (Rachelle) and Jarod Rutherford; and his grandparents, Nancy Rutherford, Jimmy, Nancy Quaid, Jewell Ammons, Starky and Toy Davila. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
