He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton L. Smith and Mable Wansley Smith; and his sisters, Minnie Ree Duke (Aubrey) and Willie Jean Smith (Charlie). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ebarb; his children, Brandon Smith (Kimberly) and Linna Sutton (Jason); his brother-in-law John Ebarb; his grandchildren, Hope Meador (Randy), Brooke Gillespie (Trey), Lauren McGarvey (Payton), Edison Sutton and Jamison Sutton (Chloe); and his great grandchildren, Jett Meador, Wren Meador, Janie Gillespie and Jansen Gillespie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to Love Them More Ministries and to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
