He was predeceased by: his parents, Doy Dallas Herrin and Margaret Ruth Golightly; and his wife Margaret Herrin. He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Herrin Snodgrass (John) and Sandra "Missy" Herrin Ashley (Lannie); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Catherine), Benjamin (Esther), Rebecca, Stephen Snodgrass, Aiden and Brennen Ashley; his stepgrandchildren, Patricia Jones and Chace Ashley; and his great grandchildren, David, Caleb Snodgrass, Verity and Isaiah Snodgrass. He is also survived by his family, friends.
