He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Riley and Vera Mae Jones Riley; his grandchildren, Rachel Riley and Wesley Riley; and his sister Viola Kuhn.
He is survived by: his wife Ouida Riley; his children, Patsy Snell (Frank), Billy Ray Riley, Jr. and Patricia Ann Riley; and his sister Mamie Hays Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
